My son and I stayed at this hotel in July, and we had an absolutely wonderful week! The rooms are modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly polite, handling every single request we had instantly and completely. I also have to highlight the housekeeping—our room was cleaned so thoroughly every day that it felt brand new every time we walked in. The food was delicious with a great variety. My boy was especially obsessed with watching his pizza being made fresh right in front of him every day!The sea was so warm we barely wanted to get out, and we made the most of it every single day. In the evenings, we loved strolling around the island, grabbing ice cream at Baskin-Robbins, hanging out at the beautiful playground, or popping into local shops for sweets. The island itself is so peaceful and scenic. There is still a touch of construction going on with new hotels being built, but it didn't bother us at all. Another huge plus was the kids' club. The staff there genuinely care about the children and keep them fully engaged—it was a real challenge dragging my son out of there! While some people might look for flaws, we loved every second of our stay, and the world-class hospitality at Hampton by Hilton was an amazing bonus.The only downside to our trip was dealing with some incredibly rude, rowdy guests. They were demanding to be treated like VIPs and expected everyone to understand their native language, even though they couldn't speak a word of English. It was painful to watch, and I honestly felt second-hand embarrassment just being around them. However, the staff handled the situation with absolute grace, remaining completely calm and polite. It really showcased their incredible professionalism and high service standards.We are already dreaming of going back! My son is actually saving up his allowance and birthday money for our next trip to this little slice of heaven on earth.

Отель для семейного отдыха с пологим песчаным пляжем, вкусой едой и напитками. Все включено с 12.00 до 24.00. В день заезда не включен завтрак, в день выезда обед и ужин. Но если поедите на экскурсию, пропавший обед можно перенести на последний день. Хорошие номера, отличное постельное белье. При входе в ресторан спрашивают номер комнаты. В ресторане очереди за едой, мало свободных столов. Выбор еды не такой большой, как в Турции, например, но все очень вкусно. Качественный алкоголь, пробовала только вино и пиво. Также очереди в баре на пляже, иногда приходилось искать лежаки. Вокруг отеля идет стройка, стройка начала это напрягало, потом привыкли. Все острова активно застраиваются, везде панорама со строительными кранами. Вокруг отеля нет магазинов. На трансфер для шопинга в ТЦ можно записаться в лобби отеля. Купить экскурсии можно у отельного гида, в том числе с использованием российского банковского приложения. Анимация не очень активная, вечером была живая музыка, восточные танцы или певица. Потом недолгая дискотека и в 23.00 все заканчивалось. Из отеля можно прогуляться по тротуару вдоль дороги мимо других отелей. Ехать до Дубая с учётом пробок около 3 часов. В целом отдых понравился.
